See what our athletes are saying about Swim School:

"When I was swimming on my own without coaching, I swam 1.2 miles open water in 38:12. After being coached by Robbie and following his swim program for a few months, my next competitive 1.2 mile open water swim was 32:52! This was all after only following the workouts and feedback and no in person coaching. Not only did I get faster but I also became more confident and stronger in the water. Every workout has a purpose or goal to follow and it’s super easy to track your progress. The workouts also have tips to help you improve form. I have since gone on to compete in longer swim distances and am still improving my times thanks to Robbie’s coaching and program."

Ellie Keen

"Before I started with C26 I was a middle of the pack swimmer. I wasn't putting myself in a competitive position out of the water. After working with Coach Robbie using video analysis and online coaching, I moved up to the front of the pack in my short course races! It took hard work, commitment and communication as a coach and athlete. After three years of consistent work, I was able to win races including a national triathlon title. My 100 time went from 1:32 down to 1:06. I still can't believe the progress and was really proud of the result!"

Matt Clark

"This is my first time being coached online with a portion of swimming and I have to say that I am hitting paces I haven’t since college and I’m almost 38. I’m consistently following our plan with drills, paces and such. Without consistency and transparency, I would not be where I am now without teamwork and the dialogue we have. I’m looking at times during the 70.3 races for 35-39 and I know I can be there with the best if not, out in front. I have only been back in the pool since October 2023 and this is already where we are at. So if anyone says it cannot be done, give me a call. Haha"
